This a la carte rate for the equipment, pre planned script, coordination, and engineering of the service. It includes our ElectroVoice 50M amp / mixer / speakers, Tascam Mixer,  Sennheiser Broadcast/Concert Wireless Microphones, Mac Computer & Engineer for live sound, recording on an SDHC card & providing a feed for your videographer. Pre, Actual and Post Wedding complete audio services.

Background Music sets the mood and tone for Happy Hours and/or Dinner music. Choose the style, genre, pace or songs you most love preplanned pre selected at $300 per hour or with a Live DJ taking requests and/or rotating formats for you and your guests at $500 per hour. Includes pre planning sessions and input from you and your guests.

SMDJB will spend up to 40 hours in pre-planning, scripting and organizing your reception plans.

We will execute each scripted topic and/or play specific music with our host for the announcements, times of entrances, introductions, first dances or special dances with family, and for rest of the Reception such as cutting of the cake, special or open dancing, the removal of the garter with tasteful music or silence, and the tossing of the bouquet for your exit.

If there are toasts or speeches we will coordinate the microphone use.

Look at our Music Format Categories for a General Option but know we can play/format one or more formats, the duration of each set, blending into the next genre or artists and customized to your requirements.

We can include/exclude requests to and/or not to play lists based on your planned parameters. We help you plan everything.

The contracted reception duration may last from two, three, to four or more hours in length subject to your contract arrangements.

GOLD

The Gold Package includes the Ceremony, Happy Hour & Dinner Music and up to 4 additional hours of Reception with or without Nightclub LED wash lights and a Mirror Ball with Spotlight. Other Lighting options from Uplights to Spot Lights or Nightclub Lights are available for additional quoted rates.

Silver

The Silver Package includes the Ceremony, 1 hour of Happy Hour or Dinner Music and up to 3 additional hours of Reception with or without lighting of LED Wash Lights. Uplights and other lighting options available at additional rates.

Bronze

$3,000

The Bronze Package includes the Ceremony and 2 hours of reception without special lighting. Lighting options from Uplights to Spot Lights or Nightclub Lights are avaiilable at additional rates.
