This is for the equipment, pre planned script, coordination, and engineering audio mixing monitoring of the service. It includes powered Speaker(s) 1-2 or more depending on service attendance, Mixer,  Sennheiser Broadcast/Concert Wireless Microphones, Mac Computer & Engineer. Rates differ for live sound, recording on an SDHC card and/or providing a feed for your videographer. Pre, Actual and Post Wedding complete audio services subject to complexity or simplicity of the ceremony and participating soloists, solo, duo, trio or band included in the ceremony. Starting at:

Background Music sets the mood and tone for Happy Hours and/or Dinner music. Choose the style, genre, pace or songs you most love. Music arranged in preplanned pre selected sessions on auto advance computer or with a Live DJ with or without taking requests Includes pre planning sessions and input from you and your guests in advance for recorded selections and or the rate for a live DJ selecting from our extensive libraries of genres and music.

SMDJB will spend up to 40 hours in pre-planning, scripting and organizing your reception plans.

We will execute each scripted topic and/or play specific music with our host for the announcements, times of entrances, introductions, first dances or special dances with family, and for rest of the Reception such as cutting of the cake, special or open dancing, the removal of the garter with tasteful music or silence, and the tossing of the bouquet for your exit.

If there are toasts or speeches we will coordinate the microphone use.

Look at our Music Format Categories for a General Option but know we can play/format one or more formats, the duration of each set, blending into the next genre or artists and customized to your requirements.

We can include/exclude requests to and/or not to play lists based on your planned parameters. We help you plan everything.

The contracted reception duration may last from 1. 2. 3. 4. 5 or more hours in length subject to your contract specifications and arrangements.

GOLD

The Gold Package includes the Wedding Ceremony, Happy Hour & Dinner Music and up to 4 hours of Reception with or without Nightclub LED wash lights such as a Mirror Ball with Spotlights and Uplights to enhance the venue.

Silver

$2,500

The Silver Package includes the Wedding Ceremony, 1 hour of Happy Hour or Dinner Music and up to 4 additional hours of Reception with LED Wash Lights or Up Lights. (Special Effects and other lighting options available at additional a la carte rates).

Bronze

$1,500

The Bronze Package includes the Wedding Ceremony and 3 hours of reception without Lighting. (Lighting options from Up-lights, Special Effects and other lighting options available at additional a la carte rates.

Seasonal or Theme Holiday Parties, High School or College Reunions, Anniversaries & Birthdays

$300 Per Hour

Must be fully planned in advance with a minimum of 2 Hours bookings. Discounts offered for Anniversaries only if over 25-50 years of marriage.

PA Audio Systems Integrating Video & Computer Power Point or Keynote or Video Recording Playback Engineering Technical Assistance. Business Seminars, Meetings, or Special Promotional Events.

Starting at $250 per hour with a minimum 2 hour booking.

Half Day Rates starting at $750

Full Day Rates stating at $1500

Multiple Day / Night consecutive bookings subject to bid.

Rates will be bid upon the complexities of Mixing and how many band members and instruments are required including additional audio monitoring equipment required.

RIBBON CUTINGS & GRAND OPENINGS

$200 Per Hour DJ Engineering to preplanned music selections and Broadcast Concert Quality Wireless Sennheiser Microphones for the client and/or host of the event. Includes Engineering Mixing Services and Hosting if desired. Special Rate for Arlington Chamber of Commerce Members only. Additional fees for other chambers or area events depending on milage and availability from 76017 Arlington Texas.

Discounts and Pro Bono Community Service options are available to special groups or organizations. SMDJB is honored to serve in a variety of these capacities subject to booked in advance courtesies and availability.
